Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information IPXTV ("the App", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. IPXTV is developed by devastral.tr ("the Developer").

1. What IPXTV is

IPXTV is a media player. It does not host, provide, sell or curate any television, movie or series content. To watch anything, you must supply your own IPTV connection details — either Xtream Codes credentials (server address, username, password) or an M3U playlist URL — obtained from a third-party provider of your choice. We have no relationship with, and no visibility into, the content offered by that provider.

2. Information you provide

• IPTV connection details (Xtream Codes server/username/password, or M3U URL): stored locally on your device to connect you to your own provider. These details are sent directly from your device to your IPTV provider's server to retrieve and play content — we do not operate, proxy or store this content ourselves.
• Profile names you create within the app (e.g. for family members) are stored locally on your device.

3. Information collected automatically

• Diagnostic & technical logs — to find and fix bugs, the app sends technical logs (errors, crash reports, app version, device model, OS version, a randomly generated session identifier) to our logging service. Because these logs can include the network requests the app makes, they may in some cases include the address, username or password of the IPTV provider you have connected the app to. These logs are used solely for debugging and improving the App's reliability; they are not sold, and are not used for advertising.
• Device identifier — to distinguish returning installations from new ones (so we can measure real install/reinstall activity rather than relying on store-side estimates), the App reads a device identifier that persists across uninstall/reinstall — on Android this is the device's ANDROID_ID; on iOS this is a random identifier we generate and store in the device's Keychain. This identifier is not linked to your name, email or any other real-world identity, and is not shared with advertisers.
• Usage analytics — we record in-app events (such as which screens are opened, playback started, search performed, favorites added) to understand how the App is used and to improve it. These events are associated with a randomly generated device/profile identifier, not with your real-world identity.
• Advertising — the free version of IPXTV shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple's IDFA), approximate location and other data to serve and measure ads, and — where you consent — to personalize them. On iOS, the App requests App Tracking Transparency permission before any tracking-based ad personalization occurs; you can decline this at any time in your device Settings. See Google's own privacy policy for details on AdMob's data practices.
• Purchases — if you subscribe to IPXTV Premium, the purchase is processed entirely by Google Play Billing or Apple's App Store/StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card details; we only receive confirmation that an active subscription exists, so the app can unlock Premium features.

4. How we use information

To operate and maintain the App, to diagnose and fix problems, to understand feature usage and prioritize improvements, to serve and measure advertising in the free tier, and to deliver the Premium features you have paid for.

5. Third-party services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob (advertising)
• Google Play Billing / Apple StoreKit (subscription purchases)
• The Movie Database (TMDB) and OpenSubtitles (public metadata and subtitle lookup for movies/series you have chosen to view)
• Google Cast (Chromecast streaming, only when you initiate it)

6. Data retention

Diagnostic logs and usage analytics are retained for a limited period (typically 90 days) and then deleted. IPTV connection details and profiles remain on your device until you remove them or uninstall the App.

7. Your choices

• You can remove your IPTV connection details and profiles at any time from within the App.
• You can decline ad-tracking permission (iOS App Tracking Transparency) or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings.
• You can request deletion of diagnostic/analytics data associated with your device by contacting us (see below).

8. Children

IPXTV is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and devastral.tr ("the Developer") governing your use of the IPXTV application ("the App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What the App is — and is not

IPXTV is a media player. It does not provide, host, broadcast, license or curate any television, movie or series content. All content you view through the App is retrieved directly from a third-party IPTV service that you independently choose, subscribe to and connect using your own credentials or playlist URL. The Developer has no control over, and no responsibility for, the availability, legality, or quality of any content accessed through a third-party IPTV provider you connect to the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any such provider complies with the laws applicable to you.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Your account & content

Any IPTV connection details, profiles or preferences you enter are your responsibility. You must not use the App to access content you are not authorized to access, and you must not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App's normal operation.

4. Subscriptions (IPXTV Premium)

IPXTV offers an optional, auto-renewing subscription ("Premium") that removes ads and unlocks additional features. Premium is available as Weekly, Monthly, Yearly (with a 3-day free trial where offered) and Lifetime plans.

• Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase (subject to any price changes disclosed in advance as required by the App Store or Play Store).
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play or Apple ID account settings. No refund is given for the unused portion of a current subscription period.
• Free trials, where offered, convert automatically into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertising served by Google AdMob. Purchasing Premium removes advertising for the duration of an active subscription.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY THIRD-PARTY IPTV SERVICE YOU CONNECT WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE, LAWFUL OR FUNCTIONAL.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY THIRD-PARTY IPTV SERVICE ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

8. Termination

The Developer may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.

9. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services (including Google Play Billing, Apple StoreKit, Google AdMob, Google Cast, TMDB and OpenSubtitles) that are governed by their own terms. These Terms do not modify your agreement with any such third party.

10. Apple-specific terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the Developer only, not Apple, and Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the App. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, claims, or any other matters relating to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
